Apple Cheesecake Buns with a Crumble Topping and Sweet Glaze

  • 2 apples, diced

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ cup flour (for crumble)

  • ¼ cup brown sugar (for crumble)

  • 4 tbsp cold butter

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Make dough, let rise 1–1.5 hours.

  2. Mix cheesecake filling.

  3. Cook apples with butter, sugar, and cinnamon.

  4. Mix crumble topping.

  5. Shape buns, add filling, apples, and crumble.

  6. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.

  7. Drizzle glaze over warm buns.

Notes

  • Use firm apples for best texture.

  • Freeze buns for up to 2 months.

  • Swap apples with berries for a seasonal twist.
