Breakfast Protein Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • ½ cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp cold butter or coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • Mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

  • Cut in butter until mixture forms coarse crumbs.

  • Add yogurt, milk, and honey. Mix gently until dough forms.

  • Shape into 8 biscuits and place on the baking sheet.

  • Bake 12–15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and serve.
