1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder
½ cup Greek yogurt
⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp cold butter or coconut oil
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Cut in butter until mixture forms coarse crumbs.
Add yogurt, milk, and honey. Mix gently until dough forms.
Shape into 8 biscuits and place on the baking sheet.
Bake 12–15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and serve.
