Cajun Steak Tips in Cheesy Rigatoni Parmesan Sauce

  • 1 lb steak tips

  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta

  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.

  • Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning and sear for 2-3 minutes per side; remove.

  • In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, broth, and Parmesan. Stir until creamy.

  • Toss rigatoni in sauce, return steak tips, and mix gently.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
