1 lb steak tips
12 oz rigatoni pasta
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley (optional)
Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning and sear for 2-3 minutes per side; remove.
In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, broth, and Parmesan. Stir until creamy.
Toss rigatoni in sauce, return steak tips, and mix gently.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
