1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup crab meat
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
½ cup cream
1 cup carrots, diced
½ cup celery, diced
½ cup peas
1 batch Cheddar Bay biscuits
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease baking dish.
Make roux with butter and flour. Gradually whisk in milk and cream.
Add vegetables and cook 3-4 minutes.
Fold in seafood, season with Old Bay, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour into baking dish. Top with Cheddar Bay biscuits.
Bake 20-25 min until biscuits are golden and filling bubbles.
Cool 5 min, garnish, and serve.
