1 can refrigerated pizza dough
6 mozzarella sticks (halved) or 1 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Marinara sauce, for dipping
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Roll out pizza dough and cut into strips.
Place cheese inside each strip, fold, and seal.
Tie each end into a knot to form bone shapes.
Brush with melted butter, sprinkle Parmesan and seasonings.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden. Serve with marinara.
Seal edges well to prevent cheese from leaking.
Use string cheese for easy filling.
Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
