2 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 ripe avocados, diced
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden.
Dice avocados and chop veggies.
Spread ranch on tortillas, add chicken, avocado, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
Roll tightly and toast burritos on a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side.
Serve warm with extra ranch or salsa.
