Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden.

  • Dice avocados and chop veggies.

  • Spread ranch on tortillas, add chicken, avocado, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.

  • Roll tightly and toast burritos on a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side.

  • Serve warm with extra ranch or salsa.
