Chicken & Biscuit Dinner Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 count)

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 1 cup diced onion

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp dried thyme

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion for 3-4 minutes.

  • Stir in cream soup, broth, cream, and seasonings. Simmer 5-6 minutes.

  • Add chicken and vegetables; heat through.

  • Pour filling into a baking dish and top with biscuits.

  • Bake 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden and filling bubbles.

  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
