3 cups cooked chicken, diced
2 cups mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
2 cups chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
4 tbsp butter
1 cup diced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in cream soup, broth, cream, and seasonings. Simmer 5-6 minutes.
Add chicken and vegetables; heat through.
Pour filling into a baking dish and top with biscuits.
Bake 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden and filling bubbles.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
