Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced

  • ½ cup dried cranberries

  • 4 cups bread cubes or stuffing mix

  • 1 cup chicken or turkey broth

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup onion, diced

  • 1 cup celery, diced

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (sage, thyme, parsley) or 1 tbsp dried

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Sauté onion and celery in butter until soft.

  • Mix bread cubes, turkey, cranberries, and sautéed veggies.

  • Add broth and eggs, stir until mixture holds together.

  • Roll into balls and place on baking sheet.

  • Bake 25–30 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • Add cheese for extra richness.

  • Freeze unbaked balls and bake when needed.
