4 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup grated Asiago cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season and sear chicken in olive oil and butter until golden.
Make the sauce with garlic, broth, cream, and Asiago cheese.
Return chicken to skillet, top with cheese, and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Serve hot with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
