1.5 lbs chicken breasts or thighs, cubed
½ cup cornstarch
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
5 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup water
Oil for frying
Optional: sesame seeds, green onions
Cut chicken into chunks, season lightly, and coat with egg and flour mixture.
Heat oil to 350°F and fry chicken in batches for 4-5 minutes until golden.
Make sauce by sautéing garlic, adding honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and water; simmer until glossy.
Toss fried chicken in sauce and serve immediately with rice or noodles.
