• 4 large flour tortillas
• 8 oz deli roast beef, thinly sliced
• 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 packet au jus mix
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• Water (as directed on au jus packet)
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the au jus according to the package instructions and keep warm on low heat.
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with garlic powder until smooth.
Lay the tortillas flat and spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture.
