Crispy Garlic Butter Potatoes Recipe

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Boil potatoes in salted water for 8 minutes, drain, and dry.

  3. Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, and herbs.

  4. Toss potatoes with garlic butter, salt, and pepper.

  5. Roast 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.

  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
