1 (32 oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1 cup French onion dip
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 large caramelized onion
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 cups crushed cornflakes or panko breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, combine hash browns, dip, soup, sour cream, cheese, and onions.
Spread mixture into the dish.
Toss melted butter with cornflakes or panko and sprinkle on top.
