Garlic Butter Beef Bites & Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef steak, cubed

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

  • 5 tbsp butter

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: red chili flakes, Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Sauté potatoes in olive oil until golden and tender; set aside.

  • Sear beef bites in batches for 2-3 minutes per side; remove.

  • Melt butter, sauté garlic, and toss beef and potatoes in the sauce.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
