1.5 lbs beef steak, cubed
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
5 tbsp butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: red chili flakes, Parmesan cheese
Sauté potatoes in olive oil until golden and tender; set aside.
Sear beef bites in batches for 2-3 minutes per side; remove.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, and toss beef and potatoes in the sauce.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
