2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm water (110°F)
2 ¼ tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
Optional: fresh rosemary or herbs
Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let sit until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled.
Spread into an oiled baking pan. Rest 20 minutes.
Dimple with fingers, drizzle with oil, add garlic and parmesan.
Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
For softer bread, use bread flour.
Add herbs or toppings for extra flavor.
Best served warm with olive oil for dipping.
