2 large chicken breasts
4 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cooked rice
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
¾ cup chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Season chicken and grill for 5-6 minutes per side. Rest, then slice.
Steam or roast broccoli until tender.
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Make creamy garlic sauce: melt butter, sauté garlic, whisk in flour, add broth, cream, and Parmesan. Simmer until smooth.
Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli, and drizzle with sauce.
