Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Bowls with Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 2 large chicken breasts

  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • ¾ cup chicken broth

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Season chicken and grill for 5-6 minutes per side. Rest, then slice.

  • Steam or roast broccoli until tender.

  • Cook rice according to package instructions.

  • Make creamy garlic sauce: melt butter, sauté garlic, whisk in flour, add broth, cream, and Parmesan. Simmer until smooth.

  • Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli, and drizzle with sauce.
