Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan – A Flavorful One-Pan Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast or thighs, cut into chunks

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced

  • 1 red onion, chopped

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Optional: sesame seeds, green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan.

  • Whisk soy sauce, honey, garlic, and rice vinegar in a bowl.

  • Toss chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onion in the sauce. Spread on sheet pan.

  • Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken is cooked and veggies are tender.

  • Broil 2 minutes for extra char. Garnish and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use thighs for juicier meat.

  • Drain canned pineapple if using.

  • Add chili flakes for heat.
