Healthy Pumpkin Donut Holes: Soft, Fluffy & Guilt-Free

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp nutmeg

  • ¼ tsp ginger

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: ¼ cup chocolate chips, nuts, or cranberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease mini muffin pan.

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  • Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

  • Fold dry into wet ingredients until just combined.

  • Add optional mix-ins.

  • Fill muffin pan ¾ full and bake 12-15 min.

  • Cool 5 min and transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm.
