1 lb shaved beef or thinly sliced ribeye
1 cup rice (white, brown, or cauliflower)
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
4 slices provolone cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Sauté peppers and onions in olive oil for 5-6 minutes. Set aside.
Sear beef for 2-3 minutes, season, and add Worcestershire sauce.
Melt cheese over beef for 1 minute.
Assemble bowls with rice, beef, veggies, and toppings.
