Indulge in This Cheesy Garbage Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup cooked sausage or pepperoni

  • 1/2 cup sautéed vegetables (optional)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.

  • Roll dough into a 12×16 rectangle.

  • Layer cheese, meats, and veggies. Sprinkle seasoning.

  • Roll tightly into a log, pinch seams, and fold ends under.

  • Brush with egg wash. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown.

  • Let rest 5 minutes, slice, and serve with marinara.

Notes

  • Don’t overstuff; too much filling can cause tearing.
