1 lb pizza dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked sausage or pepperoni
1/2 cup sautéed vegetables (optional)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 egg (for egg wash)
Marinara sauce, for dipping
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
Roll dough into a 12×16 rectangle.
Layer cheese, meats, and veggies. Sprinkle seasoning.
Roll tightly into a log, pinch seams, and fold ends under.
Brush with egg wash. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
Let rest 5 minutes, slice, and serve with marinara.
