12 slices salami
4 cheese sticks (mozzarella or cheddar)
4 tablespoons cream cheese
1 cucumber, cut into sticks (or bell pepper strips)
Fresh herbs (optional)
Lay out 3 slices of salami, slightly overlapping.
Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese evenly.
Place 1 cheese stick and 2–3 cucumber sticks on one edge.
Roll tightly into a log.
Slice into 1-inch rounds or enjoy whole.
Use whipped cream cheese for easier spreading.
Chill for 30 minutes before slicing if prepping for parties.
