Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls Recipe

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef

  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 1 ½ cups provolone or mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella (for dough)

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • 2 large eggs

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Sauté peppers and onions, then cook beef until browned. Set aside.

  3. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together; stir in almond flour and eggs to form dough.

  4. Roll dough, add cheese, beef, and veggies, then roll into a log.

  5. Slice into rolls and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Serve warm with extra cheese sauce if desired.
