1 ½ lbs ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup heavy cream
3 large eggs
½ cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup chopped pickles (optional)
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook bacon until crispy; chop and set aside.
Brown ground beef with onion, garlic, and paprika; drain excess fat.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
Layer beef in a baking dish, pour egg mixture over, and top with cheese and bacon.
Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and set.
Rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve.
