Low-Carb Mongolian Ground Beef and Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (85% lean)

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar substitute

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 23 green onions, sliced

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  • Cook beef in skillet until browned.

  • Stir in garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.

  • Mix soy sauce and sweetener, pour over beef.

  • Add cabbage, stir-fry 3-4 minutes.

  • Top with green onions and serve.

Notes

Use low-sodium soy sauce for less salt. Keep cabbage slightly crunchy.
