1 lb ground beef (85% lean)
4 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar substitute
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
2–3 green onions, sliced
1 tsp sesame oil
Cook beef in skillet until browned.
Stir in garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
Mix soy sauce and sweetener, pour over beef.
Add cabbage, stir-fry 3-4 minutes.
Top with green onions and serve.
Use low-sodium soy sauce for less salt. Keep cabbage slightly crunchy.
