1 lb Italian sausage or ground beef
3 cups marinara sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
25 oz cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Cook meat, drain, and stir in marinara and garlic. Simmer 5 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, and Parmesan in a bowl.
Layer sauce, ravioli, cheese mixture, repeating until full.
Top with remaining mozzarella.
Bake 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden. Rest 10 minutes before serving.
Frozen ravioli works without thawing.
Add veggies like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
Great for freezing and reheating.
