4 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg (or flax egg for vegan)
1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1–2 tsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
Shred cabbage and squeeze out moisture.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Form 1/3 cup patties and place on the sheet.
Brush with oil and bake 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serve warm with desired toppings.
