Philly Cheesesteak Bowls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced

  • 1 large onion, sliced

  • 8 slices provolone cheese

  • ¼ cup beef broth

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Freeze steak briefly, slice thinly, and season.

  • Sauté peppers and onions until caramelized, then remove.

  • Cook steak until browned and tender.

  • Return veggies, add broth, and top with cheese.

  • Cover, melt cheese, and serve in bowls.
