1.5 lbs ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
8 slices provolone cheese
¼ cup beef broth
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Freeze steak briefly, slice thinly, and season.
Sauté peppers and onions until caramelized, then remove.
Cook steak until browned and tender.
Return veggies, add broth, and top with cheese.
Cover, melt cheese, and serve in bowls.
