12–16 potstickers (frozen or fresh)
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups chopped bok choy
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 tsp sesame oil
Green onions for garnish
Combine broth, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce; simmer.
Add dumplings and cook 5-7 minutes until tender.
Stir in vegetables; simmer 3-5 minutes.
Drizzle sesame oil, garnish with green onions. Serve hot.
