Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin.

  • Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in another.

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

  • Prepare cinnamon swirl and layer into muffin batter.

  • Bake 18-22 minutes and cool slightly.

  • Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over muffins.
