Pumpkin S’mores Cookies

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Chex cereal (Rice, Corn, or mixed)

  • 2 cups mini pretzels

  • 2 cups cheese crackers

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • 3 tbsp pickle juice

  • 2 tbsp dried dill

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).

  • Combine Chex cereal, pretzels, and cheese crackers in a large bowl.

  • Melt butter, then stir in dill, garlic, onion powder, and pickle juice.

  • Pour seasoning over mix and toss well to coat.

  • Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

  • Let cool completely before serving or storing.
