1.5 lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs
½ cup ranch dressing
3 tbsp grated parmesan
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Cut chicken into cubes and pat dry.
Mix ranch, parmesan, garlic, oil, and paprika in a bowl.
Toss chicken in marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
Thread onto skewers.
Grill at 400°F for 10-12 mins, bake at 425°F for 18-20 mins, or air fry at 380°F for 12-14 mins.
Sprinkle with extra parmesan and parsley. Serve hot.
