Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs

  • ½ cup ranch dressing

  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into cubes and pat dry.

  • Mix ranch, parmesan, garlic, oil, and paprika in a bowl.

  • Toss chicken in marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.

  • Thread onto skewers.

  • Grill at 400°F for 10-12 mins, bake at 425°F for 18-20 mins, or air fry at 380°F for 12-14 mins.

  • Sprinkle with extra parmesan and parsley. Serve hot.
