12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
3 tablespoons honey
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet.
Add sliced sausage on top.
In a bowl, whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil. Pour half over sausage and potatoes.
Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Drizzle with remaining glaze and serve hot.
Use chicken sausage for a lighter option.
Broil for 2 minutes for extra crispiness.
