1 lb ground beef (80/20)
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 cups beef broth
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
½ cup sliced onions
1 cup mushrooms (optional)
Olive oil for searing
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, and seasonings. Shape into meatballs.
Brown meatballs in a skillet (optional).
Whisk broth, Worcestershire sauce, and cornstarch in slow cooker. Add onions and mushrooms.
Place meatballs on top. Cook LOW 5-6 hours or HIGH 2-3 hours.
Serve hot over mashed potatoes or noodles.
