Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp minced onion

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • ½ cup sliced onions

  • 1 cup mushrooms (optional)

  • Olive oil for searing

Instructions

  • Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, and seasonings. Shape into meatballs.

  • Brown meatballs in a skillet (optional).

  • Whisk broth, Worcestershire sauce, and cornstarch in slow cooker. Add onions and mushrooms.

  • Place meatballs on top. Cook LOW 5-6 hours or HIGH 2-3 hours.

  • Serve hot over mashed potatoes or noodles.
