1 medium green cabbage, chopped
1 lb ground beef
1 cup cooked rice
1 large onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans tomato sauce (15 oz each)
1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
2 cups beef broth
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp paprika
2 bay leaves
Salt & pepper to taste
Brown beef in a skillet; drain excess grease.
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
Stir well and cover.
Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
Remove bay leaves, adjust seasoning, and serve.
