Sweet Jalapeño Pork – A Sweet and Spicy Dinner to Love

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs pork tenderloin (or pork chops)

  • 23 jalapeños, chopped

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice and season pork with salt and pepper.

  • Heat oil in skillet, sear pork 3–4 minutes per side. Remove.

  • Sauté jalapeños and garlic for 2 minutes.

  • Stir in honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer 5 minutes.

  • Return pork to pan, coat with glaze, cook until pork reaches 145°F.

  • Rest 3 minutes, garnish, and serve.

Notes

  • For less heat, remove jalapeño seeds.

  • Add pineapple for a sweet tropical twist.

  • Maple syrup works instead of honey.
