1 ½ lbs pork tenderloin (or pork chops)
2–3 jalapeños, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Slice and season pork with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet, sear pork 3–4 minutes per side. Remove.
Sauté jalapeños and garlic for 2 minutes.
Stir in honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer 5 minutes.
Return pork to pan, coat with glaze, cook until pork reaches 145°F.
Rest 3 minutes, garnish, and serve.
For less heat, remove jalapeño seeds.
Add pineapple for a sweet tropical twist.
Maple syrup works instead of honey.
