2 medium sweet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Optional: paprika, parmesan cheese, fresh herbs
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Slice sweet potatoes into 1/4-inch rounds.
Toss slices with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Arrange in a single layer and bake 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.
Air fryer method: Cook at 400°F for 12–15 minutes.
